Total Recall

Douglas Quaid leads an ordinary life with the woman he loves, working a routine job that has slowly become unbearable. Craving excitement and desperate to escape his monotonous existence, he visits Rekall, a company that implants artificial memories into its customers. Douglas wants to experience the life of a highly trained secret agent without ever leaving his ordinary world behind. But when something goes terribly wrong during the procedure, the fantasy he paid for suddenly becomes a deadly reality. The memories implanted in Douglas’s mind make him the target of Cohaagen’s powerful security forces and thrust him into the middle of a dangerous conspiracy. Forced to flee, he joins forces with a member of the resistance and sets out to uncover the truth. Yet the deeper he goes, the more he begins to question his own memories, his past, and even his identity. With reality and illusion becoming increasingly impossible to separate, Douglas must discover who he truly is before the forces hunting him can erase the truth forever.
