Ted

On Christmas night, eight-year-old John makes a heartfelt wish that his beloved teddy bear, Ted, could come to life and talk to him. The next morning, his wish miraculously comes true, and Ted becomes a living, talking teddy bear. John is thrilled to have a best friend who will always be by his side. But there is one small problem he never considered: people grow up. Now in his mid-thirties, John has spent his entire life sharing a home and a friendship with Ted. Over the years, Ted has adapted surprisingly well to the human world, becoming a charming, foul-mouthed, womanizing, and wildly inappropriate bear who is every bit as lovable as he is troublesome. But John is ready to move forward with his own life. He has been dating Lori for more than a year and wants their relationship to become more serious. Ted, however, refuses to share his best friend with anyone-even Lori. John must now figure out how to balance the lifelong friendship that shaped his childhood with the adult life he wants to build.
