Taken 2

In the first film, Bryan Mills fought his way through a human trafficking ring to save his daughter. Now it’s time to pay the price. The father of one of the gang’s leaders sets out to avenge his son by going after the retired CIA agent and his family. Bryan invites his ex-wife Lenore and his daughter Kim to join him for a short trip to Istanbul, but danger moves faster than they do, and Lenore is taken. Once again drawing on his old skills, Bryan isn’t alone this time. With his daughter Kim’s help, he hunts down the men threatening his family one by one through the city’s narrow streets and rooftops. Directed by Olivier Megaton, and produced and co-written by Luc Besson, Taken 2 stars Liam Neeson, Famke Janssen and Maggie Grace. Istanbul itself plays a starring role in the film. For anyone who wants fast, hard-hitting, high-tempo action, it’s an exciting follow-up to the original.
