Neighbors

Mac and Kelly Radner are a young couple settling into life with their newborn baby in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. They love their home and their neighbors, and they want to give the new people moving in next door the same warm welcome. But their new neighbors turn out to be members of a rowdy, party-obsessed college fraternity. Though the couple tries to get along with them at first, the blaring music and endless late-night parties soon push them to their limits. As tensions escalate, the Radners launch a small but increasingly outrageous war to win back their peace and quiet. However, taking on Teddy, the fraternity's charismatic and cunning president, proves to be far more difficult than they ever imagined. Directed by Nicholas Stoller, the comedy stars Seth Rogen, Rose Byrne, and Zac Efron, with Dave Franco also in the cast.
