Neighbors 2: Sorority Rising

Mac and Kelly Radner are expecting their second baby and decide to move to a bigger home for their growing family. Confident that their neighborhood is finally peaceful again, they put their house on the market and quickly find a buyer. There's just one catch: the sale comes with a 30-day escrow period, and everything has to go smoothly until it closes. That's exactly when a newly formed sorority led by Shelby moves in next door. The Radners soon realize that their new neighbors are even wilder and more out of control than Teddy and his fraternity brothers ever were. Determined not to let the sale fall through, the couple teams up with their best friends Jimmy and Paula to wage war on the sorority. Their secret weapon in this battle is none other than their former archenemy, the charismatic Teddy. Directed by Nicholas Stoller, the comedy stars Seth Rogen, Zac Efron, Rose Byrne, Chloë Grace Moretz, Dave Franco, and Ike Barinholtz.
