Klaus

Jesper, the least successful student at the postal academy, is assigned to the frozen island town of Smeerensburg, far beyond the Arctic Circle, as part of his punishment. The isolated community is divided by a long-standing feud, leaving its residents unwilling to exchange even the simplest greetings, let alone letters. Just as Jesper is ready to give up, he forms an unexpected friendship with the local teacher, Alva, and meets Klaus, a mysterious craftsman who lives alone making handmade toys. Together, their unlikely bond brings warmth, kindness, and laughter back to the town, inspiring a heartwarming tradition that will be remembered for generations.
