Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw

One is a loyal lawman, the other a lawless ex-soldier. Luke Hobbs and Deckard Shaw have spent years at each other's throats - two men so opposed that putting them in the same room seems impossible. The American Hobbs is famous for his raw power, the British Shaw for his cunning mind; the only thing they share is a grudging respect neither will admit out loud. But a crisis threatening the future of humanity forces these sworn rivals to fight on the same side. Brixton, a genetically enhanced and seemingly unstoppable super-soldier, is hunting a deadly virus capable of wiping out millions. That virus is in the hands of Shaw's sister, Hattie - a brilliant MI6 agent who has suddenly become the world's most wanted target. Barely able to tolerate one another, Hobbs and Shaw must join forces to protect Hattie and take Brixton down. Stretching from Los Angeles to London and into the wild landscapes of Samoa, the adventure injects fresh energy into the franchise with nonstop banter and massive action set pieces. Anchored by Idris Elba's unforgettable villain, the film shows just what two complete opposites can accomplish when they're forced to work together.
