Mufasa: The Lion King

Mufasa: The Lion King sheds light on the untold past of the Pride Lands' most legendary ruler. The story begins as Rafiki, Timon and Pumbaa recount the saga of Mufasa - one of the greatest kings ever to reign - to a young lion cub. Tasked with passing this legend down to little Kiara, daughter of Simba and Nala, Rafiki is joined by Timon and Pumbaa, who naturally cannot resist chiming in with their signature humor. Told through flashbacks, the film introduces us to a Mufasa far different from the one we know: a lonely, orphaned cub with no one to call family. The young lion's destiny changes forever when he crosses paths with Taka, an amiable heir to a royal bloodline. This encounter marks the beginning of an unforgettable journey for an extraordinary group in search of their fate. Yet the powerful bond growing between them will be put to the ultimate test as they flee from a deadly enemy.
