Legends of the Fall

In the final years of the 19th century, Colonel William Ludlow lives with his three sons on a remote ranch in the Montana wilderness. A war veteran with a strong sense of humanity, Ludlow raises his boys according to his own ideals, giving them a life filled with freedom, adventure, and a deep connection to nature. Their quiet existence begins to change when Susannah, the fiancée of one of the brothers, leaves the city and joins the family on their ranch. Her arrival creates new tensions and emotions within the family, while the distant rumblings of World War I signal that a much greater upheaval is about to transform all of their lives.
