Valkyrie

During the darkest years of World War II, a group of German military officers begins plotting to overthrow Adolf Hitler and bring an end to the devastating conflict. At the center of this dangerous conspiracy is Colonel Claus von Stauffenberg, who becomes determined to challenge the Nazi regime from within. Their plan, known as Operation Valkyrie, combines an assassination attempt against Hitler with a broader strategy to seize control of the government and dismantle Nazi leadership. As the conspirators move forward, they face constant surveillance, growing suspicion, and the ever-present threat of execution if their plans are discovered. Directed by Bryan Singer and starring Tom Cruise as Stauffenberg, the film recounts the true events behind one of the most significant attempts to alter the course of World War II, highlighting the courage and immense risks involved in resisting Hitler’s rule.
