The Maze Runner

Thomas wakes up inside a mysterious elevator with no memory of who he is or how he got there. When the doors open, he finds himself in a vast area surrounded by enormous walls and inhabited by a group of teenagers his own age. Known as the Glade, this strange community is home to young people who have no idea why they were brought there or what happened to their lives before arriving. Thomas can remember nothing beyond his own name. The only thing the Gladers know for certain is that a massive gate opens every morning, providing access to a deadly maze, and closes again at sunset. Every 30 days, the elevator also brings another teenager into their community. But only a few days after Thomas arrives, the elevator unexpectedly returns with a mysterious girl named Teresa. Her arrival changes everything and begins triggering fragments of Thomas's forgotten memories. Determined to uncover the truth, Thomas sets out to discover the secrets of the Glade, the maze and the mysterious forces controlling their fate.
